H-Series plugins may be refunded within seven days of purchase. The licence is deactivated on refund.

Requests made after seven days will be considered only where the software is faulty and cannot be made to work.

All other digital products are non-refundable once the download has begun. This includes sample packs, presets, project templates, digital bundles and Archive digital downloads.

A software licence can be withdrawn; downloaded files cannot. Full descriptions, demos and file listings are published on each product page.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be replaced. Where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Report any problem within 14 days of delivery.

Email contact@alexhobson.co.uk with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the problem. Requests are answered within three working days.

For plugin faults, use Report a problem in H-Q. Your version and system details are attached automatically.

Contact us before raising a dispute with your payment provider. A chargeback raised without prior contact may result in deactivation of the licence and removal of access to future purchases.
