Refund policy

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, emailed, licensed or otherwise made available to you, the sale is final and no refund will be offered.

Digital Products

Alex Hobson sells digital products including sample packs, presets, templates, plugins, H-Series products, digital bundles, downloadable music products and any other file-based products sold through this website.

There is a strict zero-refund policy for digital products once the files, download links, license keys or product access have been provided.

By purchasing a digital product, you understand that access may be granted immediately and that the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded once delivery has begun.

Physical Products

For physical products, including Archive USBs, we will always try to resolve genuine issues first.

This may include troubleshooting, checking the order details, sending a working replacement, or offering another reasonable solution.

A refund for a physical product will only be considered as a last resort if we are unable to provide a working replacement or otherwise resolve the issue.

No Refunds For

Refunds will not be offered in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • You bought the wrong product by mistake.
  • You did not read the product description, compatibility notes or delivery information before purchasing.
  • You entered the wrong delivery address at checkout and the order was sent to that address.
  • You no longer want the product after receiving access, files, a license key or delivery confirmation.
  • You expected something different from what was clearly described on the product page.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Physical Orders

If a physical product arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide your order number, photos, videos, packaging details or any other information needed to investigate the issue.

Where the issue is confirmed, we will attempt to fix it by offering support, a replacement or another suitable resolution. If we cannot provide a working replacement or resolve the issue, a refund may be offered.

Support Requests

The only way to request a refund review or order support is by contacting us at contact@alexhobson.co.uk.

You must allow 7–14 working days for us to investigate the issue and attempt to resolve it.

When contacting support, include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product name and a clear explanation of the problem.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us first before opening a payment dispute.

Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without allowing us the chance to investigate and resolve the issue may be treated as a breach of this policy.

For licensed products such as H-Series, opening an unfounded chargeback may result in your license being revoked, your account being blocked from future purchases, and access to associated products being removed.
