Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds Policy
Unfortunately we have a zero refunds policy on Digital Products. For physical products (such as our USB's) there will only be refunds given for faulty/damaged products. Usually in this case we will give you the option to have a replacement sent out first.
