I did not receive my order confirmation email

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first. Make sure you are checking the same email address used at checkout.

I did not receive my download link

For digital products, your download link or license email should be sent after your order is completed. Search your inbox for “Alex Hobson”, “H-Series”, “download” or “HSER”.

My download link is not working

Try opening the link in a different browser first. If it still does not work, contact support with your order email and order number.

Archive USBs

When will my Archive USB be shipped?

Archive USB orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This means your order should usually arrive the next working day after it has been dispatched. Dispatch times can vary depending on order volume, stock availability and launch periods, so please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched. In special circumstances, dispatch may take slightly longer, but tracking will be provided once your order has been sent.

What is included on the Archive USBs?

Each Archive USB contains 100 individual tracks. Every Archive volume is different, so Archive 1.0, Archive 2.0, Archive 3.0 and Archive 4.0 each include their own separate tracklist. The tracks are supplied as individual files, not as one continuous mix.

My USB is not working properly

Try the USB in another port or another computer first. If the issue continues, contact support with your order email and a short description of the problem.

H-Series Plugins

Where do I download H-Series?

Download H-Q from the H-Series Download page. H-Q is the plugin manager used to activate and manage your H-Series plugins.

Where is my H-Series license key?

Your license key is sent by email after purchase. It starts with “HSER”. Search your inbox for “H-Series” or “HSER”.

How do I activate my H-Series plugins?

Open H-Q, paste your HSER license key, click Activate, then press Refresh. Your purchased plugins should then show as licensed.

My H-Series plugin still says locked

Close your DAW completely. Open H-Q, press Refresh, then reopen your DAW and load the plugin again. If needed, run a full VST3 rescan in your DAW.

How many computers can I activate H-Series on?

Each H-Series license can be activated on up to 3 machines. To use another computer, install H-Q there and activate using the same HSER license key.

Windows blocked the H-Series installer

Windows SmartScreen can warn about new independent software. Make sure you downloaded H-Q from the official H-Series Download page, then choose More info and Run anyway.

How do I download my sample pack?

Your download link should be sent after purchase. Check your email and search for the product name, “download”, or “Alex Hobson”.

Which DAW do the templates work with?

Template compatibility depends on the product purchased. Check the product description before buying to make sure it matches your DAW and plugin setup.

Files are missing or the ZIP will not open

Re-download the file first and extract it using your computer’s built-in unzip tool or a trusted ZIP app. If it still fails, contact support with your order email.

Live Streams & Demo Drop

How does Demo Drop work?

Demo Drop lets producers submit music for feedback. If you have purchased a priority pass, make sure you are using the correct priority submission page or form.

My priority pass is not giving me access

Make sure you are logged into the same customer account used to buy the priority pass. If it still does not work, contact support with your order email.

Where can I watch the live streams?

Live stream details and schedules may be shared on Alex Hobson’s social channels. Check the latest posts for current stream times and links.

Account & Payments

Do I need a customer account?

For some products and access pages, using the same email/customer account as your order may be required. This is especially important for priority access products.

My payment failed

Check your card details, billing address and bank approval first. If the issue continues, try another payment method or contact your bank.

Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on the product type and order status. Contact support with your order email, order number and reason for the request.
